Our goal is to offer a "Higher Quality" buffet to our customers that far exceed the standards of other FEC's. Our expert staff has incorporated menu items from their own Italian restaurants into a well balanced buffet full of tasty pizza, pasta, soups, salads and desserts.

Pizza

Our pizza should be voted the best-in-town because of its out of this world flavor and consistency. We use the

highest quality of special ingredients and recipes which have been in use for over 15 years. The varied selection includes over 35 types of pizza including special orders and takeout.

Pastas

The pasta selection includes items such as spaghetti, rigatoni, fettuccini, angel hair pasta, several lasagnas, several baked ziti's, meatballs, Italian sausage, bow-tie pastas and macaroni & cheese. Freshly made sauces include marinara, meat sauce, light tomato, and Alfredo cheese sauce.

Salads

Always fresh and well stocked describes our salad bar featuring traditional buffet line items along with other fresh vegetables and fruits.

Potato Bar

Fresh Idaho potatoes with all of the exceptional ingredients you would expect on a full featured potato bar.

Desserts

We are serving only the best quality desserts that include our freshly baked cinnamon rolls, cookies and cobblers. Large variety of items including various cakes, cookies and puddings.

Beverages

Large and easy-to-access self-service beverage counters serve a variety of fountain drink beverages, ice tea, hot tea, coffee and water.
